Regarding the security deposit of 965 for the house at Lake Cuyamaca and Pine Hills or the $285 Historic Cabin Deposit. This amount will be preauthorized in lieu of being charged to your credit card. Per the "house rules" if there is any damage or excessive cleaning needed that preauthorized deposit will be charged.
No Refunds for any reason. If you have a valid reason that you cannot make your reservation, then a one-time change might be allowed with a 10% change fee to a new date plus any change in price.
Please note at all the properties there are nest cameras on the outside only. They monitor the driveway and entrance to the homes.
